About the role
This role joins our consumer sales team to drive and optimise performance through the online shops where people buy BRITA. Working with the rest of the sales team, as well as closely with marketing and our back-end operations, it is all about making sure that our products are easily and quickly found by consumers in on-line shops, and that pricing, promotion and product placement are driving sales effectively.
It’s a role that requires curiosity, organisation and strong attention to detail as well as a real interest in how customers interact with and purchase products online, and a data-driven approach to making decisions.
This is a new role, and the position is based in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).

To be successful in this role
You’ll have experience of online retail and ecommerce and be a proactive, organised and curious person with a great eye for detail. With a strong analytical mindset and good computer literacy you’ll have a strong grasp of online merchandising, understanding how to optimise product descriptions to interact with sorting and filtering in online retail. Your experience will include working with a variety of online shops and retailers, so you’ll be adept at navigating the vagaries and complexities that come with those differences and opportunities.
Collaboration and communication are absolutely at the heart of everything we do at BRITA, and this role is no exception as you will be working every day with multiple teams across the business, particularly our marketing team and customer website teams.
We are looking for someone who can make a difference as we grow and ensure that we do everything we can to capitalise on online opportunities.
