Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

Role Overview
This is a new business sales role where you will be selling the NetSuite Software portfolio of solutions together with the full range of services provided by RSM. You will be selling into the mid-tier and corporate markets across a number of business sectors. You will assist in planning, developing and implementation of the strategy to meet sales budgets, plans and targets within agreed timescales.
You will closely with Head of Sales, Presales, Consulting and Marketing support teams.
You are responsible for the achievement of your annual sales target.
Key Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to the following;
* Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospecting contact towards achieving agreed sales targets and business aims.
* Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
* Manage software and services mix, pricing and margins in accordance with the published price list to achieve sales targets.
* Develop and win new customers through appropriate engagement and ethical sales methods ensuring you optimise the quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.
* Use company approved prospect contact activity tools and systems to provide up to date relevant information to the business.
* Align sales activity to support marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
* Respond to and follow up sales enquiries in a timely manner.
* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and submitting relevant information accordingly.
* Communicate and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable ongoing relationships.
* Attend and present at external(virtual) customer meetings and internal meetings with other departments to aid business development.
* Attend appropriate training sessions at the company’s request to develop knowledge, techniques and skills.
* Comply with the HR policies and procedures as noted in the company handbook.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in selling ERP Solutions is essential
* Experience in selling CRM/Financials solutions
* Experience in a pure New Business Sales Role
* Experience in selling Software and Services, ERP
* Proven track record of selling to C level executives
* Clean and current driving licence
* Be within a reasonable commute and have a willingness to work from the Crewe Office
