The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing website performance, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of ecommerce trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Website & Product Management: Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across ecommerce platforms. (Shopify, Zalando, Macys, Amazon, Mirakl etc) Ensure accurate inventory management and stock availability. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues related to product visibility, navigation, and checkout processes. Work closely with the development team to implement website updates and enhancements. (Keyword research, SEO Ranking, Technical Seo) Optimize key website areas to increase conversions and reduce cart abandonment and bounce rates. Marketing & Promotions: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media initiatives. (G4A Suite, Meta etc.) Plan and manage promotional activities, seasonal sales, and product launches. Work with the content and design teams to create high-quality banners, landing pages, and product imagery. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and ecommerce trends. Customer Experience & Support: Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and feedback to optimize the user experience. Work closely with customer service teams to ensure smooth resolution of queries related to products, orders, and returns. Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and enhance overall satisfaction. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer engagement. Generate reports and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize ecommerce performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a managerial role. Strong expertise in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Mirakl, Magento, etc.). Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
