About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the heart and soul of Tritility, helping our clients by keeping in regular contact to ensure we deliver the best client journey from start to finish.
You will be able to identify client needs by clarifying information, dealing with issues and providing solutions within the best time frame. Within this role you will always go above and beyond what is expected of you, by providing a professional and excellent level of service.
Daily you will be interacting with clients, suppliers and third parties via inbound/outbound calls and emails, delivering a great experience, making sure all client’s needs are met, providing helpful advice and support, whilst developing and building sustainable relationships.
You will also oversee the performance of acquisitions, renewals and brand promotion activities playing a crucial role in developing growth strategies and resolving sales challenges.
You will make customers aware of additional services we provide, and escalate, when necessary, complaints accordingly in line with company policies, and ensure set KPIs and SLAs are maintained and adhered to.
The role will be based onsite at our Jarrow office (NE32 3DP) with our standard working hours of Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm.
Yes, you read that right, no evenings, no weekends and an early finish on a Friday!
This position would suit a Key Account Manager with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role within energy sales, from a supplier or brokerage background and would be a perfect role for someone who has:
* Experience in cross-selling and up-selling when dealing with customers, ideally you will have experience in identifying and developing further opportunities with our customers.
* Experience in using Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally to a range of stakeholders.
* A problem-solver with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy utilising data to improve performance.
* Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing demands and can prioritise work effectively.
* Promotes a culture of sharing of best practice and getting things right first time!
