What is the job role?
As a Senior Paid Media Executive at SunGod, you will drive the execution and optimisation of paid media strategies across key platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will work closely with our paid media agency and internal creative team to enhance brand visibility, acquire new customers, and drive measurable revenue growth while maintaining a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
With a data-driven approach, you'll test, analyse, and iterate on campaigns to meet objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals. The role will also place a strong emphasis on creative development, ensuring that ad creatives effectively resonate with target audiences to maximize engagement and results. Staying ahead of digital trends, you will liaise with platforms to leverage new opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, collaborating with our paid media agency and platform reps.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI from paid media campaigns.
3. Use data-driven insights to optimise paid social, search, and display ads to meet campaign goals.
4. Increase revenue volumes within COS% targets, acquiring more New Customers within CAC targets.
5. Monitor campaign budgets and performance, ensuring goals are met within budget.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
7. Analyse campaign data to inform optimisation strategies.
8. Create weekly and monthly reports with context around performance, supporting with paid media forecasts.
9. Test and iterate ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve results.
10. Stay up to date with trends in paid media and digital marketing.
11. Understand SunGod’s triple bottom line of people, planet and profit, and incorporate this into your job role every day.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal person has the following skills, experiences and competencies:
1. 3+ years experience in paid media, with a focus on e-commerce and digital ads.
2. Proficient in managing paid media campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign data.
4. Ability to collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
5. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
6. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
7. Passion for sports, performance gear, or the SunGod brand is a plus.
