Position: LCV or HGV Technicians
Salary: £35,364 per annum plus a Late shift allowance of £78.00 per week. Overtime available; average earnings for a technician in this workshop with overtime is between £55,000 - £70,000 per annum. You may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus of £1500.

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full time - 39.5 hours per week excluding meal breaks. Working 5 days between Monday to Sunday. Weekend Allowances applicable (£50 Saturday and £100 Sunday).
Shift Patterns:
Week 1 – Tuesday to Saturday. 07:00 – 15:24 (Saturday hours 06:00 – 14:24)
Week 2 - Sunday 06:00 - 13:36 and Monday - Thursday 13:36 - 22:00
Week 3 – Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:24.

The Role:
With a Fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, maintaining our vehicles is a real team effort. We are looking for professional vehicle technicians to perform inspections, diagnosis, maintenance and repair procedures on a range of vehicles operated by Royal Mail Group. Successful candidates must be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification) and have proven experience of working on a wide range of vehicles. A full manual driving licence is required (LGV preferred for Heavy Technicians).
