* Supervise daily operations and ensure that team members are performing their tasks efficiently.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork.
* Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
* Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and feedback.
* Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Welsh is desirable.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
* Ability to cope in a fast paced health care environment
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on developing team members' strengths.
* Multilingual capabilities are an asset, enhancing communication within diverse teams.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
