We are pleased to be working alongside an innovative Claims Management company who are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality of claims processing through the implementation and management of quality assurance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing claims data and identifying emerging patterns and gaps in existing processes to improve the overall claims process.
* Conducting audits and reviews of claims to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures, verifying that payments were made correctly and in accordance with appropriate plans and policies
* Identifying and analysing potential risks and fraud within the claims process
* Assisting with developing training materials, documentation, quick reference guides and helping to facilitate training sessions with the claims team
* Staying up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims quality assurance
Skills & Experience Required:
1. 4 years of experience in claims quality assurance or related field
2. Prior claims adjusting experience (preferred)
3. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
