Customer Services Advisor - Faversham

Shepherd Neame are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly voice of Britain's Oldest Brewer. Part of a team of 5 (including you), you will build relationships with our customers, suppliers and delivery providers to oversee the end-to-end journey of delivery, service and stock through our online ordering system. Working closely with our Sales and Exports teams and Business Development Managers, you will be quick to resolve issues quickly and exceed customers expectations. Duties and Responsibilities:
* This position demands a highly committed team player who will be responsible for building and improving customer relationships.
* They will need to take ownership of resolving customer issues.
* They will also need to act as the conduit between the customer, account managers, supply and distribution teams.
Working Pattern: Full time 37.5 hours per week between 0700hrs and 1800hrs. Bank holiday cover would form part of the working arrangements.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Applicants must flexible
* Self-motivated
* Able to work as an effective team member
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* IT literate with experience of email and MS applications
* Be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
* Have a professional and confident telephone manner
* Knowledge of SAP based systems would be an advantage
