From 4 April 2024, overseas workers requiring a general Skilled Worker Visa (such as data analysts, IT and finance professionals) but sponsored by an NHS organisation will need to meet the new salary threshold of £38,700. In addition, applications to the Health and Care Visa route for those occupations paid by NHS bands that are on the immigration salary list, which has lower salary requirements, will need to meet the national pay scale for their role or the new minimum salary threshold of £23,200 (whichever is higher). We advise that you check that the role you wish to apply for meets the requirement for sponsorship before applying.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, working with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners, and Rehabilitation staff, supporting patients in a variety of settings including their own homes or care homes. You will work under guidance to support patients with a range of conditions, provide rehabilitation, and work with the team to support an admission avoidance service. You will be working closely with other therapy teams, as well as social care colleagues to meet patients' needs.
