HR Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR Manager and the entire organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date master people data, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process from advertising and screening to arranging interviews and producing contracts.
* Collaborate with line managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process, including setting up equipment and workwear, arranging day-one activities, and completing probation activities.
* Handle administrative tasks, including offboarding processes and maintaining People systems data.
* Update People policies under the guidance of the HR Manager.
* Support employee engagement activities, facilitate events, and service milestones.
* Support internal communication efforts.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, including onboarding.
* Familiarity with recruitment processes and associated legal requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite.
* Ability to identify and deliver process improvements.
