We are looking for a Recipe Controller to join the team at our Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility where we create and produce flavors. As a Recipe Controller, you will align master data for over 3,500 recipes and implement a program of robust manufacturing instructions aligned to the master data. You will also support the improvement of the existing portfolio as well as around 150 new products that are introduced annually on the site.
This is a permanent and full-time position based in Runcorn.

What will you be doing?
The main duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Ownership of recipe master data, developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of manufacturing instructions for all active products.
* Alignment of manufacturing instructions through creation (RDA: Recipe Development and Alignment) together with SAP and site manufacturing capabilities, considering industry best practices and any prevailing Kerry Group standards.
* Master data alignment and recipe group configuration to support accurate production timing, thereby improving OTIF performance.
* Translation of RDA instructions into Operations instructions for first manufacture (NPI).
* Ensuring timely reporting and participation in internal and external audits.
* Supporting the RFT (Right First Time) review process and implementing corrective actions attributable to recipe setup and manufacturing instructions.
What experience and skills will you need?
* Professional degree in food tech or related degree.
* Candidates will ideally have experience within flavor manufacturing, specifically related to the development or manufacture of products.
* Involvement with the creation of manufacturing instructions within an industrial organization.
* Strong knowledge of SAP.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with a competent level of English.
