About the role… This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave You'll work Tuesday - Saturday (usually 9am - 5pm, plus one late shift 1pm - 9pm) You’ll work from our fabulous head office in South Normanton, Alfreton (just off the M1) Our Customer Support team provide a highly bespoke service to our members through a range of communication channels. This includes email, telephone, live chat and WhatsApp. You’ll therefore be on the frontline for our members, ensuring they feel valued and genuinely cared for at every touchpoint. We’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor within our warm and friendly team. We’d really love to hear from you if you’ve a genuine empathy for slimmers and a passion for delivering a first-class service. And you’re: an engaging and confident communicator who can adjust your style to different contact channels highly considerate of others a great problem-solver with excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail competent in multi-tasking and managing changing priorities confident using Microsoft Office, the internet and mobile apps Ideally you’ll have some experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment using Salesforce; although training can be given.
