The Role:
* You will be the first point of contact for valued customers,
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Answering calls, troubleshooting minor technical issues, addressing product-related questions.
* Delivering a top notch service that reflects the commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence
