Required Skills:
1. In-depth knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement first-party applications and the Power Platform.
2. Excellent written communication skills to understand and playback requirements and convey solution design concepts to customers and peers.
3. A strong desire to help customers realise the benefit of their investment and understand the art of the possible.
4. Be an awesome team player as the conduit between the customer, business analysts, solution architects, developers and quality assurance.
5. Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement customisation and configuration.
6. Understand which technology to use, and why, including when to use Pro-Code vs Low Code/No Code solutions.
7. Microsoft certifications, e.g. multiple MCPs or an MCSE.
8. Understanding the Microsoft Dynamics product portfolio and its licensing.
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the capabilities (and limitations) provided by Dynamics 365 CE out of the box, from form design to solution management.
2. Requirements gathering, writing and evolution through business process identification, analysis and re-engineering.
3. Functional analysis including effective business architecture and appreciation of the cyclical approach to solution identification.
4. Crafting user stories, features and epics to be used across the presales, design, development and delivery lifecycles.
5. Building Proof of Concepts to demonstrate and articulate solution designs.
6. Implementing business and technical environment change safely and effectively, with the support of the Solution Architects and the Project Office.
7. Pre-sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption and other early opportunity activities such as bid-response writing.
8. Creating clear and effective documentation across multiple channels.
9. Understanding the capabilities available using out of the box connectors and integrations in the Microsoft Business Systems platform.
10. Using a hands-on approach to ensuring timescales are met.
11. Training end users and admins in the use of Dynamics 365 CE and linked systems (such as Power BI, Power Apps, Flow).
12. Environment setup and configuration.
13. Other tasks as reasonably requested.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience of Customer Insights Journeys is desirable.
2. Any experience with MSE or other Dynamics ecosystem technologies.
3. Canvas Apps, Low Code, Automation, Power FX.
4. Agile development methodologies, esp. Scrum.
5. Knowledge of how development in C# and JS is used to extend CRM.
6. Office 365 Management, esp. Exchange and SharePoint/365 Groups.
7. Office 365 portfolio implementation inc. AzureAD.
8. Appreciation of Source control, esp. GIT and branching.
