As a Product Delivery Manager within Digital Client Services Team, you will enhance and optimize the delivery of products to our customers. You will be a key member of the team, creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an organized and timely manner.
Job responsibilities:
1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
2. Escalates opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
3. Leads change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
4. Manages timelines and dependencies effectively, monitors blockers, ensures adequate resourcing, and liaises with stakeholders and functional partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5. Previous experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
6. Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
7. Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
8. Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
