We’re looking for an exceptional Global Marketing Manager - Digital Ecosystem, to join our Marketing Team. The successful candidate for this position could be based within Europe, or the USA, with national, or international travel as required. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing CMR’s online marketing strategy across various digital platforms including social media, email, website and internal and external brand strategy. The role is also responsible for developing the digital ecosystem strategy for CMR digital products in conjunction with the product marketing and technology teams to ensure that CMR’s digital ecosystem is clearly established in the market. The role will be pivotal in in creating and executing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, website traffic, social media platforms, lead generation and sales, while closely monitoring performance metrics and making data driven adjustments to optimize results. Responsibilities Strategy Development Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies identifying target audiences and setting up clear goals for campaigns across various digital channels. Collaborate directly with CMR brand and creative lead to ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered and tracked thru our digital platforms. Content creation Oversee the development and distribution of marketing and educational content for social media, website, email marketing and all other relevant digital platforms. Brand Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that reflects the company’s values and supports business growth. Oversee the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the brand identity, including visual and messaging elements. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, product packaging, and customer communications. Marketing Communications: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategy, to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Working in collaboration with the Marcom team, lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication plans to support product launches, market expansion, and customer engagement. In conjunction with the brand and creative lead, manage the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and digital content. Digital Ecosystem Work with the product management and digital team to elevate the CMR Versius digital ecosystem portfolio. Utilizing customer inputs, develop strategies to define needs and elevate the presence and market leadership of CMR’s digital ecosystem. Stakeholder Marketing Develop stakeholder digital and Marcom strategies specially targeted to surgeons, hospital, staff and patients. Coordinate with Investor Relations to develop associated marketing materials. We’re a rapidly developing company and roles can change and evolve. You’ll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Marketing remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives. About you To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be: Degree or equivalent in relevant field. MBA preferred. At least 3 years of experience in medical device/medical products ideally within marketing; with 5 years of digital marketing and/or MarCom experience in technology or MedTech fields. Significant and proven experience in MedTech branding and marketing communications Strategic thinker to create well-thought-out data-driven marketing strategies to deliver what the business and market need. Expertise in various digital marketing tools – analytics, social media, CRM Strong understanding of global digital and healthcare compliance. Experience in developing and executing branding, initiatives and campaigns without the reliance on 3 rd Able to take complex product and procedure features and benefits and convert them into actionable and clear communications that targeted stakeholders can clearly understand. Experience working in global environments and understanding of regional needs. Clear working knowledge of all communication channels – being able to blend knowledge of classic comms channels with modern digital communications pathways. Experience with web design and user experience principles. It would also be helpful if you have: Medical device/ solutions sales or product management experience is a plus. Knowledge of surgical robotic systems, surgical instruments, software launches, and ideally digital products within the robotics space.
