Activity Manager- 12 months FTC
Location: Slough/Maidenhead + 50% Hybrid Working
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The Activity Manager will oversee cross functional teams to deliver projects within challenging timelines. The role is critical in ensuring delivery of the Drinks & Treats innovation pipeline and other product activities whilst maintaining quality, speed and agility. These projects include new product development, core product optimisation and structural changes such as system/process implementation.
Experience managing and delivering complex projects through cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with experience working with 3rd party suppliers (ideally in food manufacturing).
Oversee projects from brief to market completion across multiple categories.
Manage project timelines, identify critical paths, and solve issues to keep projects on track.
Within 3 months, you’ll lead project meetings; Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
