We are looking for an experienced production team leader who can commit to a fixed afternoon shift within a busy factory in the Rugby area. In this role, you will lead a small team, ensuring they are producing the orders to the right quality, hitting production targets, and maximizing productivity.
Key Details:
* Fixed shift: Monday - Thursday, 1500 - 0100, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
In return for your hard work, this role offers you:
* £15.00 p/hour (including shift allowance).
* 40 hours paid per week as standard.
* Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
* Permanent job after 13 weeks.
