Primary Job Function Provide expert service to customers for all outbound logistics-related activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in compliance with all associated laws and regulations. Liaise with third party vendors to procure and coordinate logistics services enabling the movement of product both domestically and internationally. Provide Operations administrative support to UK Sales, Finance and Supply chain as required. This will include busy peak periods and holiday coverage. Preparing shipping and export documentation Import and Export haulage booking Daily Invoicing Recording delivery data for KPIs Supporting the team in responding to delivery enquiries from the sales support team Other identified administrative support. Providing shipping costings at short notice Operations support Order processing Paying purchase invoices Run purchase order reports General administration Skills and experience Ability to work well under pressure Must have excellent communication skills Multitasking ability Experience using Microsoft packages Team player Self-motivated Focused, organised and methodical approach to tasks Good attention to detail Qualifications of GCSE or above including Maths & English Minimum of 2 years administration experience within logistics Manufacturing background will be an advantage ADZN1_UKTJ
