Lettings Negotiator - Kingsbridge, Devon - Salary 23-25k - Independent Agency - Development & Progression - An excellent opportunity for an existing Lettings Negotiator or property professional to join this vibrant and well established independent South Devon estate agency. As Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for a large residential portfolio; strong organisational and communication skills are essential. As the Lettings Negotiator you will bring your dedication and hard-working approach to ensure the department operates effectively. You will be comfortable working in all scenarios with a positive attitude and thrive in a busy environment; you enjoy working with autonomy as being part of a dedicated team. Previous experience of residential lettings or similar is required to be considered for this role.
