About the role
Team Leader - Checkouts
Part time - 24 hour per week, over 3 or 4 shifts
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7am - 8pm, working every other weekend
£16,910.40 - £18,470.40 (Inclusive of an £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance)

Key responsibilities
1. Motivating, developing and supporting every member of your checkouts team.
2. Managing resources and leading by example in safety and customer service.
3. Finding and taking opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
Required skills & experience
1. Retail experience with the ability to motivate and get the best out of people.
2. Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
3. Positive attitude and curiosity about improving customer and colleague experiences.
4. Willingness to learn new technology and ways of working.
5. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
