Job Title: Hunter/SDR (Sales Development Representative)

Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE
Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual eager to build a successful sales career within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
2. Engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
3. Develop a deep understanding of our client’s product offerings and value proposition.
4. Work closely with marketing to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
5. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
7. Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets, demonstrating a hunger for success.
8. Utilise AI-driven prospecting tools and CRM platforms to enhance sales efficiency.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role, ideally in the tech or SaaS sector.
2. Strong ability to cold call, build rapport, and qualify leads effectively.
3. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in overcoming objections.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
6. Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms (desirable but not essential).
