Annual salary: up to £42,500.00 Partnership Manager - 'Find your own accommodation' scheme The role will be based predominately from home however the successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to our accommodation sites and manage a dispersed team. Full Time, up to 9 months FTC, with potential to extend - 40 hours per week Up to £42,500 per annum plus £4,500 company car allowance About the role: We are working with our client to bring to the UK a number of families under the Afghan Resettlement and Assistance Policy. They will initially be housed in various accommodation bases, known as the transit estate, before being moved to a settled home in the community. Mears will be assisting service users to secure private rented homes over the next 9 months throughout the UK. This role forms part of the management team, where you will collectively be responsible for supporting front line delivery and delivering contractual requirements. As Partnership Manager this role is a pivotal link in delivering housing solutions to enable the delivery exceptional service to our service users and the community. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships amongst partners within the community to solve problems and communicate needs. You will identify opportunities for new partnerships, whilst providing excellent standards of customer service, performance and ensuring full compliance in line with the contract. Overall responsibility for building and maintaining good relationships with all Local Authorities, community partners, providers and services to support the integration of Service Users into the local community Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships Build the organisational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy within the LA / local community Work closely with the Authority to support frontline teams to deliver an exceptional Service User experience Ensure effective management of risks through planning and service delivery; including escalating to management for action in a timely manner. Development and growth of relationships with internal colleagues, third parties and external organisations to support service delivery Work collaboratively and proactively with the frontline teams to ensure client, customer and service user receive an exceptional service Manage the commercial arrangements with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure Mears delivers required services Undertake ad-hoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and teams with Mears Housing Management What are we looking for?
