Job Description
The Multi Pilot Manager is responsible for the conduct of the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses.
* Accountable for ensuring that the school is in compliance with regulatory requirements with regard to delivery of Multi crew training.
* Defining and monitoring the required quality and standard of training given by the MCCI(A)’s.
* Ensuring that all multi pilot training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the business.
* Ensuring that multi crew training is delivered to meet Skyborne Airline Academy objective of being the safest, highest quality and customer focused training school in the world.
* Management and development of Multi Crew courses.
Qualifications
* Hold a current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification (essential) with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) desirable
* Previous experience as an instructor and a leader of training
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and encourage colleagues
* SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience desirable
