o Craft and implement individual development plans to link employee growth to business success.
* Sales and Customer Focus:
o Analyze sales data and take bold actions to achieve outstanding results.
o Showcase and coach sales proficiency to turn inquiries into victories.
o Analyze customer trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
o Innovate storage offerings based on customer demand.
* Operational Excellence:
o Own the operational process and guide planning at the store level.
o Support district managers in staff rota planning.
o Execute administrative processes flawlessly, ensuring compliance.
o Drive store financials and maintain operational standards.
Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with:
* 2-5 years of people management experience within a retail multi-site environment.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Ability to drive results and inspire others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
