HR Systems Analyst - York - Hybrid working - Amazing benefits and bonus - £45,000 - £65,000 Overview The company is in search of an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their team working in the finance space. This team are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture and adopting modern ways of working. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the effective use of Workday and other People Technology platforms, ensuring the fulfillment of business needs and contributing to the overall success of the team. Responsibilities Managing Workday change and supporting Workday release management cycles Presenting new Workday configuration verbally and through written guides Representing the people technology product team on project teams Supporting People functions cyclical activities that require People Systems enablement Configuring, testing, and delivering People processes through collaboration with the business Reviewing current processes and tenant health to ensure efficiency and compliance Providing problem-solving support for 2nd level People support Ensuring GDPR compliance within Workday and involvement in training for new members of the People function Qualifications 2-5 years’ experience in Workday configuration and change implementation Completion of several Workday courses, including Core HCM Good foundational knowledge of Workday configuration and reporting Familiarity with at least two other modules within the Workday suite Experience using Workday Community to troubleshoot and self-learn Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel Interest in technology & product development Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team Day-to-day The successful candidate will work closely with the People Systems team, supporting Workday change, configuration, and testing. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of People Technology platforms and contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance of People processes.
