How You Can Contribute
">
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Smallbrook School. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or be willing to work towards it, as well as experience of working with pupils with special needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, professional and tailored support to teachers to assist pupils with their educational and social development. You will also be required to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues, and collaborate with the teaching team to develop and deliver effective lessons.
