Join our growing marketing team as a Junior Designer and help us bring innovative ideas to life. You will collaborate with our highly experienced Creative Lead and immerse yourself in a stimulating environment where growth and creativity are at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and website material. Create animated inhouse training materials and videos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update templates and design files. Present both draft & finalised ideas and concepts to colleagues. Edit and amend designs in response to feedback and evolving project criteria. Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material. Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs. Organise assets and material within our digital folders. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Support the marketing team to meet deadlines on larger projects. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design. Keep up to date with emerging design technologies and artificial intelligence. Requirements for the Role Basic knowledge of design principles and visual communication. Good understanding of typography structure, layout and hierarchy. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Ability to work to deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with an eye for detail. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who is keen to develop their skills. A passion for design and all things related, when you see good design, it inspires you. A degree in Graphic Design or Visual communication or minimum 1-2 years experience in a junior design role in house or agency.
