ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Clinical Negligence Costs Draftsperson, you will take instructions from fee earners, draft legal documents, negotiate case objectives, and manage budgets for clinical negligence cases. You will also prepare solicitor-client documents, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
