Service Manager Inclusion and Welfare
It’s an exciting time to join the Children’s Service Department of Plymouth City Council. We are looking for someone who would like to shape the education landscape in Plymouth at a time of rapid improvement and response to local need alongside a time of national transformation.
The Service Manager Inclusion and Welfare has a broad portfolio of work and is responsible for the oversight and management of a comprehensive safeguarding, inclusion, elective home education, and attendance service for all schools and education settings. Working as a system leader, the post holder will implement strategic plans, ensuring that educational outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged children are prioritised in all aspects of service delivery.
