The role will include the maintenance of equipment in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines. The successful candidates will be the first line of reactive maintenance for all equipment in the assembly area and will coordinate escalation activities with OEM suppliers. Analysing technical problems on-site and completes repairs and work orders on all assembly associated equipment and systems. Executing ramp up, setting up and starting procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations. Contributing to installation projects on site and support accountable Industrial Engineers. Supporting maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment. Planning and executing assigned maintenance projects and implementing TPM and audit equipment owner inspections. Your success will be grounded by … A recognised trade qualification in a mechanical, electrical or mixed discipline, or suitable period of relevant experience. Experience of working within a Manufacturing, Maintenance or Overhaul environment in a similar role Able to execute breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance plan. Ability to work individually to deliver maintenance plans while also working cooperatively with the Industrial Engineering team. It would also be helpful to have the following: Rail industry or component manufacturing is beneficial.
