Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Architect with technical hands-on skills. The role involves: working closely with clients, listening and understanding ways of working is key, and capturing how they use data and how their systems manage that data. You will map data architectures, re-engineer them and support with data migration activities. A good understanding of the whole information lifecycle will provide our clients with a clearer understanding of the value of data, its importance and its use.
You will have a working knowledge of databases, ETL techniques, data modelling, and reporting systems. These combined skills will help our clients develop the information systems of the future.
Our work involves the full transformation lifecycle from discovery right through to benefits realisation. Information Architects will be involved in every aspect of digital transformation and will gain new insights into the perfect interaction between people, innovation and their data.
Qualifications
Applications are invited from those who meet the minimum requirements, as laid out below:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in information architecture
2. Working knowledge ETL, selection will involve a test to evidence competency
3. Very strong communications skills and team working ethic, selection will involve a test
4. Strong written and spoken English language, selection will involve a test
5. Experience of working with external clients
6. Experience of working in an AGILE development
7. Must be eligible to be SC vetted
8. Experience of reporting systems (such as PowerBI)
9. Hands on knowledge of SQL, data cleansing and a scripting language use on data migration
Selection Process
We are currently recruiting for 2 business process consultants. Interviews will commence on the 20th January 2025 and offers will go out no later than 29th January. The selection process will involve two interviews (HR, then a Partner), between interviews you will be asked to sit an online competency test that should take no more than 30 minutes.
These roles are open to contractors (outside IR35) who meet our requirements.
