Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
2. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
3. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
4. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
5. Coordinate and organize office activities and events.
6. Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
7. Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
