Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop, system, and network issues, both hardware and software-related, via phone, email, and in person.
* Manage incidents and service requests effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Deliver exceptional service support to internal business users.
* Provide solutions /work arounds to incidents
* Contribute to the creation and improvement of policies, processes, and procedures.
* Install, maintain, and support new applications and software updates.
* Prioritize and manage multiple open cases and mini-projects simultaneously.
* Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
* Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and apply them to enhance business operations.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal procedures.
* Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
* Provide ongoing support to users on both hardware and software applications.
Qualifications Required:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technical service desk role.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, and general WAN/LAN concepts.
* A high level of customer service experience, with the ability to manage diverse customer needs and maintain professionalism.
* Willingness to travel to other company sites when required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A valid UK driving licence.
