We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchens, drive menu innovation, and optimise kitchen performance across our vibrant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development and Execution:
Design and develop creative, seasonal, and innovative menus that reflect the distinct identity of each restaurant within the group.
Ensure consistent excellence in the preparation, presentation, and quality of dishes.
Collaborate with the management team to align menu offerings with brand vision and guest expectations.
Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce fresh concepts to keep our menus dynamic and engaging.
Kitchen Operations and Team Leadership:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all sites.
Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Establish and enforce hygiene and safety standards in compliance with legal regulations.
Recruit, train, and retain top culinary talent to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Performance Management and Financial Oversight:
Monitor and manage kitchen costs, including labour, food, and equipment expenses, to achieve financial targets.
Analyse and improve gross profit (GP) margins through effective portion control, supplier negotiations, and waste management.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source the highest-quality ingredients within budget.
Track kitchen performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
A proven track record as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary leadership role.
Experience managing multiple high-performing kitchens, preferably in a hospitality group or multi-site setting.
Strong culinary expertise with a focus on innovative, seasonal, and high-quality cuisine.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Business acumen, including knowledge of GP management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Passion for sustainability, local sourcing, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
