Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant, focusing on monitoring revenue, profitability, and quality objectives. They will ensure efficient business operations by maintaining high standards in production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
Entry Requirements:
1. Minimum requirement: GCSEs/S or equivalent academic qualification.
2. Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
4. Additional training will be provided at the commencement of employment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the efficient operation of the entire restaurant.
2. Recruit new staff members and organise training and development programs as required.
3. Track productivity and production rates to meet performance targets.
4. Hold formal meetings and support the resolution of staff disputes.
5. Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and inventory.
6. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy.
7. Organise special events and promotions to attract new customers and retain regular patrons.
8. Collaborate with team members to maintain an active presence on social media and other platforms.
