Grafton Banks Finance is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in their search for an Interim Accounts Payable Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business on a 6-month contract, overseeing the Accounts Payable function and supporting the wider finance team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment runs, and account reconciliations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any queries efficiently. Manage month-end closing processes related to Accounts Payable. Perform month-end reconciliations and assist with budget preparation. Support the preparation and delivery of financial reports as required. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience managing or supervising a finance team, ideally within an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger function. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Available to start immediately or at short notice. Able to commute to Brighton on a hybrid working basis.
