* Collaborate with the UX Researcher to incorporate user feedback and testing results into design iterations.
* Support user testing efforts, gathering feedback to inform design improvements.
* Translate user research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Contribute to the development of reusable UI components that enhance design consistency across platforms.
* Work closely with teams like marketing and product to align design work with business goals.
* Partner with Developers during the design process to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
* Stay curious and up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
* Be open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced, agile environment.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
* Degree in graphic design or a related field
* A portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Highlight your understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, and your approach to creating seamless user experiences.
* An eagerness to learn and a keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in your work.
* Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies, including basic user research and wireframing.
* Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams.
* Awareness of accessible design standards and a willingness to learn how to apply them effectively.
