General Summary:
This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition & UK Employee Relations or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK. Responsible for coordinating projects to support talent acquisition efforts and providing essential administrative and logistical support to the recruitment process. This position contributes to the overall success of the company's recruitment function, by ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
2. Post job vacancies on careers sites, job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
3. Craft, update, and maintain job descriptions in alignment with recruitment needs.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging logistics for in-person and online interviews.
5. Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing updates, feedback, and maintaining a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy for each role.
7. Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
8. Support recruitment activities by delivering administrative and coordination assistance, ensuring all processes align with company policies and enhance the employer brand.
9. Organize and manage candidate data (e.g., resumes, assignments, contact details) in internal databases.
10. Ensure all recruitment processes, materials, and communications align with global resourcing frameworks and company recruitment policies.
11. Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
12. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Talent Acquisition & UK Employee Relations or their designee.
Education and Work Experience:
1. GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Further education including Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
3. 1-2 years’ experience in supporting recruitment is preferred.

1. Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

9. A can-do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.
Equipment and Applications:
Solid computer knowledge, preferred experience in Microsoft Office products and ERP Systems and HRIS.
Work Environment Physical Demands:
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require occasional domestic & international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.
This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
