Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brick Lane School, part of Options Autism.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support our Teachers in taking a creative approach to teaching pupils with varied and complex needs, maximising their achievement and ability to develop. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and committed to inspiring learning in pupils with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Teachers in preparing classrooms and materials
* Build positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning
* Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons in a creative and positive setting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent support skills and a genuine motivation to help every pupil reach their potential
* Calm, engaging, and resilient with a passion for education
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (desirable)

Salary and Contract
The salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is a permanent, term-time only contract.
