Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, sustainability, and the events industry. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of Shell-Clad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, email campaigns, and social media.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our sustainable exhibition stand solutions.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
5. Sales Support: Provide support to senior sales team members, including preparing sales materials, managing client databases, and following up on leads.
6. Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
1. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
3. Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
