Summary: The Retail HR Manager is responsible for managing human resources in the retail industry, ensuring compliance with employment laws, implementing policies and procedures, managing employee benefits programs, and employee training and development. Responsibilities: Consult with senior management to develop HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process for retail staff. Develop and implement HR policies and practices to ensure legal compliance and the highest standards of employee relations. Manage employee benefits programs and work with senior management to design and implement new programs. Provide HR guidance to managers on employee relations issues. Develop and provide training and development programs for retail staff. Manage the HR budget and provide regular reporting on departmental expenses and headcount. Ensure that HR policies and practices are followed by all staff. Provide coaching and mentorship to HR staff to support their professional growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or consumer products industry.
