This role will play a pivotal role in the continued business growth and success by supporting their most senior member of staff and play a key part of the day-to-day running. The successful candidate for this position will hold extensive experience in a similar position assisting senior members of staff, preferably from within the wealth management or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
* Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring all appointments are prioritized and attended to.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Ability to confidently use office-based software for a range of tasks.
* Ability to work autonomously in a busy office environment.
