An opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant for the Business Support team within Adult Social Care.
Working for a busy, demanding team you will be required to perform well under pressure, be well organised and used to using computerised databases. You will be expected to be I.T. literate, demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be required to minute relevant meetings, including Best Interest, Round Table and Adult Safeguarding.
You will also be required to cover for and assist the team supervisor with the day-to-day workloads within the team.
You will be required to assist with the recording and production of accurate, timely management information and the upkeep of relevant databases.
Due to the nature of work being undertaken, you must be able to ensure confidentiality at all times.
Due to current working arrangements, the majority of the duties will be undertaken remotely at home; however, you will be expected to attend an office base at least twice per week. The office is based at Ty Elai, Williamstown, Tonypandy.
