As the B2B Marketing Specialist for Flight Centre, you will work alongside the Sydney-based Marketing Manager, playing a vital role in driving & executing the Business Travel Marketing strategy across 3 key pillars :
* Brand – Leverage the Flight Centre brand to showcase our corporate, people-led approach and hyper-personal Travel Management Company solution.
* Acquisition – Attract high quality & FCBT fit leads for our sales team.
* Retention – Nurture and continuously show value to drive long-term loyal customers.
Your role is to collaborate remotely with our Marketing Manager on strategy while serving as the B2B champion within the Brisbane Flight Centre marketing team, ensuring alignment across our Flight Centre Brand.
This role offers hands-on experience across all facets of B2B marketing, including :
* End-to-end campaign management – Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email nurtures, blog content, webinars, social (organic & paid), paid search, retargeting, media placements, corporate hospitality, and events.
* Strategic media planning – Work with media agencies and specialists to build targeted media and channel strategies.
* Project ownership – Drive campaign timelines, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.
* Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Product teams to craft impactful messaging and sales tools.
* Data-driven insights – Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns, refine strategies, and identify new revenue opportunities.
* Brand champion – Ensure all messaging aligns with our B2B tone of voice, FC brand standards, and legal guidelines.
* Performance reporting – Track key metrics, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
* Budget management – Oversee marketing spend, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and strong returns.
* SEO & content optimisation – Manage and improve digital content, leveraging SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, and website updates.
* Stakeholder engagement – Build relationships across Flight Centre Travel Group brands and key industry partners.
* Market expertise – Maintain a deep understanding of positioning, key value propositions, and messaging relevant to the business.
Minimum Requirements :
* 2-3 years marketing experience with proven end-to-end campaign management experience (B2B experience is a plus but not essential).
* Highly autonomous and proactive, comfortable working independently in Brisbane while aligning with a Sydney-based manager to execute key initiatives.
* Exceptional time management and attention to detail—you thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
* Strong project management skills, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to delivery.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
* Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences and buyer journey stages.
* Broad marketing expertise, including ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and content marketing.
* Strong understanding of online content management, including SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, and website maintenance.
* Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in marketing automation and Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
