Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. We keep expanding our operating area delivering homes that are built to high standards and reduce environmental impact.
As a Data Project Administrator at Fairhive you can expect a varied workload and be a valued member of our team, providing administrative support, essential to the smooth running of the business.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised administrator with a good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to provide essential administrative support to the Operations Project team.
On the Job you will:?
Provide administrative support services for the resident data project
Contact our residents via various methods to gather up data for them
Assist in data cleansing
Input and update data on our housing management system
Follow up on any outstanding data queries by contacting our residents directly
Escalate any queries that arise as a result of this work to relevant teams across the business
Support the Operations Project Team with regards to the resident data project
About You
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.
For this role you will need:
To be numerate and literate, educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
Practical problem solving skills
Good intermediate IT skills - MS Word, Excel etc
