Position: Projects & Process Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £55,000 (Depending on Experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Process & Projects Manager with a strong process engineering background to oversee projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring safe and efficient execution while meeting client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director to prepare quotations and tenders.
* Manage project planning, execution, and ensure timely delivery.
* Conduct site surveys, gather measurements, and create detailed project drawings.
* Develop feasibility studies, design documentation, and user manuals.
* Control project costs, specify subcontracted work, and manage suppliers.
* Provide on-site technical support and ensure client satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures.
* Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for project documentation.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in process engineering and project management.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation and quality management.
