Job Description
We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team, located in or around the Nottingham area.
The ideal candidate will have a fully valid UK driver's license, Multi-skilled M&E experience, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work at client sites.
* Travel to dedicated sites as the first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.
* Confidently carry out a range of mechanical tasks, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
Requirements:
* Essential:
o 18th edition certification
o Full Valid UK driver's license
o On-the-job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
o Strong communication skills and work ethic
o Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
* Desirable:
o F-Gas qualification
o IOSH working safely qualification
o Plumbing experience
o Basic fabric skills
o 2391 testing inspection

Company Information:
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* 1 in 4 weeks on call
