On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to work across a varied caseload in the dispute resolution department.
Initially you would be working on a wide variety of disputes including property litigation, contentious trusts and probate and commercial and construction disputes. Over time, there would be the opportunity to specialise in one or more of these areas.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have knowledge and experience of litigation within the County Courts and / or the High Court
* Have 1 – 5 years PQE
Have experience of some or all of the following areas:
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Disputes concerning easements/restrictive covenants including injunctive proceedings
* boundary disputes
* property damage claims
* the Party Wall Act
* contested leasehold renewals and enfranchisements
* Contentious trusts and probate disputes
* Construction disputes
* enjoy networking and building client relationships
* be able to work under pressure and meet client expectations
* enjoy working as part of a professional and motivated team
* have the enthusiasm to take an active role in the continued development of the Dispute Resolution Department
